Vibe Coding Smart Warehouse Allocation

Inspiration: Our development of our Warehouse Analysis System was done in an attempt to optimize a nationwide network of only 50 warehouses. Our biggest motivator came in the form of modern adaptability. With technology advancing by the day, the ability to create a cost effective system that maximizes profits through an automatic generative system was fascinating.

What it does: The Analysis System takes in existing and new data to form the most optimal placements for warehouses and their respective shipping routes.

How we built it: Through researched data and applied prompts to Gemini, we developed a working system that could take in analytical data, and push out an optimal data pool of successful Warehouse locations.

Challenges we ran into: Early on, the bulk of the work came in the form of research. Going through database after database of locations of warehouses and their efficient placements and routes was the main task when forming the base of the system. Towards the end of the systems development, the final challenge was compiling the data into a set Smart Warehouse Analysis System.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: The most pride held during the whole process was the completion of the Analysis System. It was a validation for all the research and development done for the whole project.

What we learned: Our knowledge acquired over the span of this project was vast and numerous. Going off of zero previous experience, we had to learn how to develop an Analysis System from the ground up, gather research and compile it into said system, and complete a autonomous functioning System that can respond to the research and give the correct data on command.

What's next for Vibe Coding Smart Warehouse Allocation: In the future we as a group look to experience other hackathon events, as the culmination of experience over these past few hours have been an extremely enjoyable and riveting experience that we personally would gladly repeat.
