Inspiration: I had gone to an exhibition and had seen a project where the AI was detecting the voice and giving an analysis of the mood that how the user was feeling, so from there I get the idea to design an app that not only gives the mode report of the user but also change the mood of the user according to their need by just music or songs.
What it does: The AI ask some basic questions from the user. The user can record their voice or just type their Responses and after that the AI will generate a mood report of the user and then it gives a playlist according to the language preference and the mood in which they want them to be, then it shows up a playlist. The user can directly play the song from the playlist generated.
How we built it: In starting I gave the prompt to the medo AI and then I change it slightly by the Gemini and I used Gemini API key so that the app functions exactly as I want.
Challenges we ran into: Initially had made 7 versions of the app but it was not according to my vision for the app. So I decided to use Gemini API so that I could build the app as I wanted but then also I faced a lot of problems, the coding of the app was not according to me so I change the coding at least 20 to 30 times so that it fit my vision. While doing some changes sometimes the whole language preference and the language preference options vanished away and player was also not working. Initially there were only music then I also added some songs. I started with 20 songs but then I felt that there should be some more songs so I added them.
Accomplishments that we're proud of: At this is I have designed an app that can fully change the Vibe and the mood of a person according to there work.
What we learned: I learn that even if you are working with AI it's not simply just giving them prompt it takes a lot of effort. You need to check each and everything that it is according to your vision, the things that you wanted are there and the AI is working properly. I learn that it doesn't matter how much growth is there in the ai, it is still needs human interference.
What's next for Vibe Check AI: I want to add a login page for both you employees and manager or it can be student or the principal or class teacher and the daily report of the user will be sended to the manager or the class teacher or principal. So that they can check in what mental state or emotional state there employees or students are in.
