I created VIA Band from the ground up, including the product concept, user problem, value proposition, MVP strategy, and overall vision. I designed the idea around convenience: making AI faster and easier to access from the wrist instead of forcing users to pull out their phones.

I also developed the hardware concept, including the one-press button, MEMS microphone array, Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity, LiPo battery, and audio output through bone conduction or a micro speaker. I focused on shaping VIA Band into a realistic product that could be prototyped with funding, tested with users, and developed into a stronger wearable AI assistant.
