Inspiration

We wanted to build a game that delivers the “just one more run” feeling—simple to learn, but impossible to put down.

What it does

  • A fast-paced survival puzzle where every swipe matters
  • Players race against a clock that evolves as they progress
  • Limited powers like Undo and Scramble create tactical decisions
  • Players can pause, background, or kill the app and still resume exactly where they left off

How we built it

  1. Swift + SwiftUI with MVVM
  2. A modular game model driving logic
  3. ViewModel handling timers and powers
  4. Persistence layer to save and restore sessions seamlessly

Challenges we ran into

  • Balancing timer mechanics with fair power cooldowns
  • Ensuring smooth resume after background or kill
  • Keeping the UI clean while adding depth
