All I needed to do was book an appointment. That’s it. But instead, I was stuck in a queue, listening to hold music, wasting valuable time. By the time I got to number 30, I gave up. It got me thinking—why does phone communication still work like this?

That moment sparked an idea. What if we could use AI to fix this outdated system? What if customers didn’t have to wait on hold just to leave a message? What if voicemail actually worked for us, instead of being an inconvenience?

Traditional phone calls haven't kept pace with modern life. Whether you're a busy professional, a parent juggling responsibilities, or a business managing customer inquiries, voice communication remains stuck with missed calls, outdated voicemail systems, and frustrating hold times.
