VERITAS-X is an intelligent web-based system designed to detect whether an image is real or AI-generated using modern machine learning techniques. The name “Veritas” means truth, which reflects the core purpose of the system — identifying authenticity in digital content.

With the rapid growth of AI tools that can generate highly realistic images, it has become increasingly difficult to distinguish between genuine and synthetic visuals.
