Inspiration

Marketing moves at the speed of light, but brand compliance moves at the speed of... email chains.

We noticed a massive friction point for creative teams: they design stunning content in Adobe Express, but the approval process is archaic. Designers have to take screenshots, send emails, and wait days for legal reviews, only to get vague feedback like "This feels off-brand."

We asked: What if the compliance team lived inside the design tool?

This inspired Veritas (Latin for "Truth"). We built a "Corporate Brain" that lives natively inside Adobe Express—an intelligent agent that reads your company's policy documents and instantly verifies designs against them.

What It Does

Veritas is a full-stack compliance workflow integrated directly into the Adobe Express side panel.

1. One-Click Capture: Using the Adobe Add-on SDK, Veritas captures a high-fidelity snapshot of the current canvas and extracts all text layers automatically.
2. RAG-Powered Analysis: It uses a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) engine. When text is analyzed, the system retrieves relevant clauses from uploaded PDF policy documents to ground its decision in truth, not hallucinations.
3. Manager Approval Dashboard: It includes a role-based workflow. Managers can view a dashboard of pending designs, review the AI's risk assessment, and Approve/Reject content without ever leaving the app.

How We Built It

We built Veritas with a modern architecture designed for real-time inference and seamless UX.
