Veristio Crucible is an AI-assisted reasoning system designed to improve confidence in AI-generated conclusions through structured adversarial review.
Rather than accepting AI output at face value, Crucible evaluates it through a governed challenge process. It identifies claims, assumptions, evidence gaps, uncertainty, and alternative explanations before producing an auditable verdict.
The Build Week Competition Edition demonstrates a bounded workflow that:
accepts AI-generated reasoning, extracts material claims, identifies assumptions, challenges unsupported assertions, highlights evidence gaps, produces counterarguments, issues governed verdicts such as PASS, HOLD_FOR_EVIDENCE, or REJECT, generates an auditable challenge record.
The project demonstrates how AI can be used not only to generate information, but also to critically evaluate AI-generated reasoning before important decisions are made.
