Inspiration

We were inspired by giving retailers and consumers more assurance that there produce is fresh. We wanted to make a realistic application that was interoperable and didn't need full participation of all the actors for the system to work.

What it does

Tracks produce from farm to warehouse to the retailer and consumer. Shows a map of the supply chain along with verified chainpoint proofs that proves the integrity of the data.

We built it using Hyperledger on the backend that tracks ownership of supplies
