Verifiable Limit Trade

Inspiration

I always liked distributed engines and databases, so I was greatly inspired by Chainlink automation part from amazing course on smart contract development from Patrick (thank you!) and also by recent unfortunate event with cex crash which I was affected by as well. That triggered me to make sure on my own that DEX is not a lie.

What it does

Provides an opportunity to execute limit orders on chain in decentralized and verifiable way.

How we built it

Just sited and coded on my own, nothing fancy :) Unfortunately, I don't know anyone having relation to web3 in person. I feel like my writing is tired, sorry! probably should take some sleep :0

Challenges we ran into

Calling contract of older version from newer one turned out to be not easy. Likely was able to resolve it by creating an interface.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Like REALLY decentralized and verifiable trade? I didn't imagine such a reality before! Indeed proud that found the courage to tackle that.

What we learned

Great deal on available smart contracts out there. Especially from Chainlink and Uniswap.

What's next for Verifiable Limit Trade

Build an awesome frontend for sure. And who knows, maybe it is on the way to the next generation DEX ...
