VENUS

Inspiration

We tried to think as a refugee woman who probably wouldn't have access to internet that easy and maybe without knowledge of how to use a computer, so looking the situation from that point of view we tried to make a simply webside that only contains what it needs and to be easy to understand.

What it does

VENUS is a website where you can access to all kind of information about Sexual Transmission Diseases and learn about them but also take a quiz of symptoms and see if you are in risk of being sick and with who you can assist the most close to you.

How we built it

For this web page we used react, javascript, css and html

Challenges we ran into

We recently started our studies as software engineers so there was a lot of things we didn't know how to work out such as the carousel of pictures we put in different pages.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are happy to finish the challenge because it's our first hackathon and even knowing isn't going to be the best project, we are really proud for making it 'til the end.
