What it does
connects investors and startups with ideas and in need of financial support to bring their idea to life
How we built it
We built it using resources that were taken from our sponsors which were enter.pro and MLH as this is all of our first hackathon and none of us had any experience using html or css. Their AI lessened our burden and helped us in completing our project
Challenges we ran into
The hardest part for us would be dealing with all the bugs that we encountered after launching our website as at first our website was not compatible for mobile along with even though there was a chatting option but as soon as we clicked the chat button the website would crash
Accomplishments that we're proud of
The biggest achievement for us would be to finally able to submit the project just as we planned. All of our team members were staying awake through out the night helping each other out to complete the project. Additionally being able to implement the swipe logic to our website.
What we learned
The important thing we learned was that communication played a vital role for our project completion. From the very start we all knew what we all would be doing on the project and were always there for each other. Which was the main reason were able to produce something that we all wanted
What's next for VentureLink
The main reason for making venturelink was to gain traction. We were planning on doing it from last year but due a lot of complications we were never able to make it. But with the help of hack Princeton we were able to turn our idea into a reality. We are hoping to launch a full scale app for venturelink along with adding additional features such as helping aspiring businesses getting their LLCs, linking investors or businesses with corporate lawyers etc.
