Inspiration
Restaurant operators deal with multiple operational tasks every day including inventory tracking, expense management, operational monitoring, and sales visibility.
I wanted to explore how quickly an AI-assisted platform could help create a modern restaurant operations dashboard without building every workflow manually from scratch.
The goal was to create a clean operational assistant capable of helping restaurant operators manage day-to-day business activity more efficiently.

What it does
Vendora AI is a restaurant operations assistant designed to help restaurant operators monitor operational health and business activity in a centralized dashboard.
The platform includes:

- low-stock alerts
- expense and paidout tracking

- AI-generated operational summaries
- operational audit workflows
The system helps operators quickly identify operational issues and maintain visibility across daily restaurant activity.
How I built it
I used AI-assisted workflows and rapid iterative design approaches to prototype and refine dashboard layouts, operational workflows, and restaurant management experiences.

Challenges I ran into
One of the biggest challenges was balancing operational complexity with usability.
Restaurant management systems can become visually overwhelming very quickly, so a large amount of effort went into simplifying the dashboard experience while still keeping the platform information-rich and actionable.
Another challenge was designing operational workflows that felt cohesive, intuitive, and visually clean.
