Voice assistants often fail when handling financial data because they cite a single source or synthesize speculative price information. VELQIRIS Alexa+ Market Truth Simulator brings verifiable, fail-closed financial truth to voice interactions: Alexa+ only answers spot-price queries when at least two independent cryptocurrency venues reach consensus, and strictly refuses to fabricate market regimes.

What it does

• Multi-Venue Consensus: Queries independent real-time market data across verified spot exchanges.
• Byzantine / Staleness Rejection: Refuses to quote prices if feeds diverge or if insufficient independent venues respond.
• Conversational Truth Engine: Spoken, accurate responses tailored for voice interfaces without hallucinated advice.
• Transparent Provenance: Returns venue timestamps, spread checks, and attestation logs.

How we built it

Built with Model Context Protocol (MCP) server architecture, Node.js serverless multi-venue consensus, and a responsive web simulator interface.

Challenges we ran into

Handling network latency and temporary exchange outages without degrading user experience or sacrificing data integrity.

Accomplishments that we are proud of

Zero fabricated data policy: the system fails closed gracefully whenever market truth cannot be mathematically proven.
