Inspiration
The customer service industry is inundated with millions of calls every day, with overwhelmed call centers, and less-than-happy consumers. What if we could streamline the customer support process in order to reduce load on both the client AND business-end? How can we develop solutions that support such a large-scale issue in an efficient manner, and leverage new technologies to do even more?
What it does
Uses T-Mobile's YNA API to facilitate global calling from any device or platform (SIM-less). WebRTC Audio Stream is recorded, and processed via a speech-to-text processor. Transcription is run through AI algorithms to identify keywords (tags) for easy identification and filtering for Velox clients, concise summaries to facilitate easy and efficient apprisal, and vital information extraction such as name, phone number, etc. From this data, Velox's tech solution creates a support ticket which is sent to a cloud database for processing and use by customer support agents.
