Inspiration

At 14, I dreamed of building a community platform inspired by Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and Discord. I first tried using Flarum, but its limitations held me back. With the help of AI tools, I finally brought my vision to life: Veid—a modern, gamer-centric community and marketplace.

What It Does

Veid combines the best of facebook.com **, **discord.com, igv.com, and playswap.gg into one streamlined, user-friendly platform for gamers.

How I Built It

I revived an old forum project and used Lovable and Bolt to build Veid with free tools and resources. Starting with a sleek black-and-white UI, I iterated through several designs before developing the back end—making the most of referral credits and review bonuses.

Challenges

Limited finances meant no premium features from Lovable or Bolt. But I embraced the challenge, proving that with discipline and creativity, anything is possible in tech.

Accomplishments

Veid has grown into a modern, fully functional platform beyond what I imagined—driven by vision, resourcefulness, and AI support.
