Inspiration
Parking lots are an integral part of our daily lives. When a business provides visible, accessible and convenient parking, it has a direct impact on bottom line. Customers can focus on the primary product or service offered, and owners receive additional revenue streams. When parking, you must ensure that no other person (vehicle and person) is impeded or blocked where you park your vehicle. At the same time, motor vehicles must be parked in permitted areas. Parking is an often overlooked but essential service for any brick-and-mortar business. With the right parking guidance system, it can also be a huge revenue stream. Adequate and accessible parking spaces can attract potential customers and retain existing customers.
A parking lot is the first point of contact for a company with its customers. If that interaction is positive, the customer experience starts off well. On the other hand, a poor parking experience can frustrate customers from the start. Much like room layout, noise levels, and even temperature, parking can affect how customers feel when they enter your store and can influence whether or not they return. In fact, 40% of his drivers say they avoid stores that are difficult to park. Like room layout, noise levels and even indoor climate control, parking is part of the customer experience and can impact the quality of key products and services a company offers. 5 Potential Benefits of Smart Parking Solutions for Drivers ⮚ Less fuel consumption.

What it does
Drivers can be guided to parking facilities that have vacant spaces with the help of a Vehicle Parking App that displays the number of available spaces around the driver’s current location. Vehicle Parking App will help drivers to find out the best offers based on his/her current and historical data. It will also help drivers to find out the free available parking slots.
Best offers will be shown based on the price and the distance by leveraging the Pega customer decision hub. Showing available parking to a user beforehand and helping them book a vacant spot digitally in advance will help in saving time.
