Inspiration
this will help the people of KPK to buy know the vegetables rates and also will help reduce the paper work of vegetable market.
What it does
it basically provides a neat and clean interface where any one with an android phone can know the vegetables rates with just a few clicks.
How we built it
it was designed while keeping illiterates in mind. we used open source technology for image processing called OPENCV.
Challenges we ran into
Image processing is a new emerging technology and therefor we've faced many challenges while processing images and also recognizing.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud to Accomplished a new way or algorithm for detecting and recognizing vegetables that is never ever been used before even by google etc....
What we learned
we've learned that image recognition is the next big thing in the emerging race of technologies and our future work will be mostly focused on it.
What's next for Vegetables recognizer using android camera.
this will expend into a great proud which will not only provide rates but will help government in making reports for the future.
