Inspiration

A small VCT community tournament was about to go live, and the production crew had nothing but OBS and a spreadsheet. They needed a real broadcast control room — scene switching, score overlays, lineup animations, caster name bars — but esports-grade tools cost thousands per license per seat.

So I built one.

The goal was simple but unforgiving: one operator, under pressure, must be able to run 21 broadcast scenes, 17 data editors, and a dual-buffer PGM/PVW director model — all from a browser tab, with zero training beyond the labels on the buttons.

What I Built

A single-page broadcast console for Valorant Champions Tour tournament production. It covers the full run-of-show:

  • Dual-buffer director model — PGM (program o stack, and auto-backup
