Inspiration
We don’t live on one device anymore. I’ve missed reminders because they didn’t sync properly between my tablet and mobile phone, or showed up twice on another device. That frustration + Sam Idea inspired me to build something dependable. I wanted a reminder app that feels calm, simple, and trustworthy.
What it does
OmniTime is a cross-device reminder and timer app built to just work.
You can quickly add reminders, use natural language like 'Tomorrow 9am', run focus timers, and keep everything in sync across your devices with Pro.
How we built it
We built OmniTime as a mobile-first Flutter app with a custom backend designed for reliable syncing. The app works offline by default, and changes sync quietly in the background. RevenueCat powers the Pro subscription for multi-device features.
Challenges we ran into
The biggest challenge was making sure reminders stay consistent across devices without duplications or lost changes. We also had to balance adding powerful features while keeping the experience clean and distraction-free.

What we learned
We learned that reliability matters more than feature count. A reminder app isn’t about flashy features , it’s about trust. If users can’t rely on it, nothing else matters.
What's next for OmniTime: Multi-Device
Next, we plan to improve real-time updates, add productivity insights and more IAP plans, and refine the cross-device experience even further , while keeping the app stable, fast, and simple.
