A music artist who has been working in the music industry for more than 10 years meets a finance student on the street who is looking for directions and needs guidance to find an event venue.
As a result of both individuals obsessed with making a living through one's passions they enter into a conversation about their struggles which eventually leads to working with each other. After discussions towards innovation and through further networking they discover and find the holy grail of blockchain technology in 2016. Michael increasingly became frustrated with why Bobby wasn’t releasing a lot of his music he had been recording in his home studio. They set out to tackle on the research more and began developments that solved this why. Thus we came up with a solution.
What it does
Valyou X Music is building a stock market and trading platform that allows artists to launch their careers by selling shares to their friends and music fans. Ideally, they are referred to as the investors on our platform. For the first time ever music lovers can make money off being an early purchaser of an artists songs release and the can choose how much Valyou they wish to spend on any particular song. This would determine how much rewards the can receive later on should the song become major selling hit.
The same way one would buy shares in a listed company, one would buy shares in the music artists that they love. Introducing you to the world's first decentralised stock market for music artists.
