We have developed an energy management/home automation system that enables the user to form a mini smart grid down to the device level. We are able to detect and show the user, down to the device level, how much energy their device is using, how much they should be using, and what their savings opportunities are. We are the only product out there doing this right now. With our patented technology to identify specific consumption signature of the devices attached to our sockets, we are able to identify true stand-by power. If we detect a device is in stand-by mode, we send you a push message to alert you to turn it off. If you are not using it, it should not be using power. We are also implementing geofencing. Through your smartphone, our system can detect whether you are away from home. If you are not at home, the devices does not need to consume power. We have also developed a series of control features as simple as turning on and off, to telling you the status of your device, to scheduling, and grouping functionalities to enable users to turn on and off multiple devices. We let the users know what is going on, and enables them to do something about it. We also have constant interaction with our user to show how they are doing. What we are proposing is to save energy by eliminating waste, while not compromising the user's lifestyle. It is the only way to develop a sustainable behavior change.
