Inspiration

I started this project with the idea of helping VALORANT players easily build optimized teams and get real-time insights through an AI-powered assistant.

What It Does

Using Amazon Bedrock, I began building a chat interface that would allow users to analyze player stats, track match history, and stay updated on esports news.

How We Built It

The project was built using Amazon Bedrock’s AI capabilities. The chat interface was designed to retrieve and process VALORANT-related data to provide meaningful insights.

Challenges We Ran Into

Along the way, I mismanaged the credits for the AI service and lost access to the model, which meant I couldn’t finish key features. This was a major setback but provided critical lessons.

Accomplishments That We're Proud Of

Though incomplete, I’m proud of the groundwork laid so far and how much I’ve learned about AI, data processing, and model integration.

What We Learned

I gained valuable experience working with AI, learning firsthand how models can produce incorrect outputs if the data is inaccurate or mishandled. This taught me a lot about technical accuracy and resource management.

What's Next for ValoAssist

Once I resolve the access issues, I plan to refine the data analysis, improve accuracy, and complete the assistant. This experience showed me how AI and data interact in real-world applications, and I hope to expand the project’s capabilities.
