Inspiration

COVID'19 not only changed the way we live, but, it also changed our perspective on everything. It's like the past year was put on a temporary hold. As we fight together to win over this pandemic, this project is a small contribution from our team to help community with an interactive platform for getting vaccinated while promising the end-users an omnichannel experience

What it does

End to end process flow to get vaccinated
Dashboards to track the vaccination status
Notifications for the involved participants on time
Omnichannel experience for the end users

How we built it

We had brainstorming sessions among us to come up with optimized way of implementing this solution.
We used PRPC engine and base and built the agreed workflow.
We had internal discussions for improvisations regularly.

Challenges we ran into

Validating the input fields including Date of Birth, Aadhar number etc.
Display the cases for particular state / city based on operator's content.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Successfully completed the project on time despite of regular work commitments.
Working around new features of PEGA platform, which we were unaware of till this time.

What we learned

Learnt about new features of 8.5 for eg: microjourney, Cosmos, Routing conditions etc.
Effective team collaboration.
Agreeing on a common ground by giving constructive criticism.

What's next for Vaccinating India

Given an opportunity we can scale our project to vaccinate the world, spreading health.
Can be enhanced to suit real-time requirements & data for eg: Giving priority to people aged more than 45 years.
