🚀 Inspiration
Teachers spend a significant amount of time preparing lesson plans, quizzes, and classroom materials manually. This repetitive process reduces their ability to focus on actual teaching and student engagement.
In Uzbekistan and many developing education systems, there is a lack of accessible, intelligent tools that simplify teaching workflows. As a computer science teacher myself, I experienced this problem firsthand — spending hours on preparation instead of focusing on students. This inspired me to build UzTeacher Toolkit: a platform that automates and enhances the daily tasks of educators using artificial intelligence.
🧠 What it does
UzTeacher Toolkit is a full-stack AI-powered teaching platform that helps teachers:
- 📋 Instantly generate structured lesson plans
- 🧪 Create quizzes with adjustable difficulty and size
- 📊 Track student grades with automatic calculations
- 📂 Upload teaching materials and transform them into interactive classroom resources
The most powerful feature is the Classroom Resources module, which allows teachers to upload documents and automatically generate:
- 🧩 Printable crosswords (SVG)
- 🎮 Interactive games (HTML + JavaScript)
- 🖼️ Educational images (PNG)
- 🎬 Short learning videos (MP4)
The platform supports 4 languages — Uzbek, Russian, English, and Chinese (中文) — making it accessible to a wide range of educators globally.
⚙️ How we built it
This project was built entirely using MeDo's no-code AI development platform:
- Designed a responsive, dark-themed UI with neon icon system and sidebar navigation
- Built multilingual support (UZ/RU/EN/中文) with instant full-UI switching
- Integrated document analysis using MeDo's Large Language Model plugin
- Implemented automated resource generation (crossword, game, image, video) using MeDo's plugin architecture (LLM + Image Generation + Kling Video)
- Deployed as a live, fully functional web application
The entire platform — from UI design to AI integration — was built through structured prompt engineering within MeDo's environment, without writing a single line of code manually.
⚡ Challenges we ran into
- Ensuring PDF/DOCX content reaches the LLM plugin correctly — solved with a smart text-paste workflow
- Maintaining consistent multilingual outputs across all 4 languages without mixing
- Coordinating multiple output formats (SVG, HTML, PNG, MP4) within a single unified workflow
- Designing a smooth document → analysis → generation pipeline entirely through prompt engineering
🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of
- Built a complete AI-powered teaching workflow, not just a single feature
- Successfully integrated 3 AI plugins (LLM + Image Generation + Kling Video) in one platform
- Delivered 4-language support including Chinese (中文) — powered by ERNIE model
- Designed a professional, neon-themed SaaS UI entirely through no-code prompting
- Created a tool with real educational value, already shared with teachers in Uzbekistan
