UW KYC Intelligent System — Core KYC Workflow Now Taking Shape

Update content

UW KYC Intelligent System has reached an important development milestone. We have completed most of the backend foundation and are now connecting the main components of the KYC workflow into one secure and traceable platform.

The system currently includes user registration, email verification, JWT authentication, role-based access control, organization management, KYC dossier creation, secure document uploads, configurable document requirements, document review statuses, private file access, and structured API error handling.

We are also developing the intelligent document-processing workflow. Uploaded documents can pass through security verification, extraction queuing, processing, completion, failure, and retry stages. The goal is to extract structured information, identify document types, calculate confidence scores, and detect inconsistencies between submitted information and official documents.

A key principle of our solution is responsible AI. The AI may extract information, identify risks, and provide recommendations, but it cannot independently approve or reject a KYC application. Final decisions remain the responsibility of authorized human reviewers.

Our current focus is on stabilizing the extraction module, completing the AI analysis and human-review workflows, improving automated tests, integrating the frontend, and preparing complete Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.

This project is evolving from a technical prototype into a practical KYC platform designed for financial institutions, fintechs, insurers, telecom companies, public institutions, NGOs, and other organizations that need faster, safer, and more transparent verification processes.

AI assists. Humans review. Trust remains accountable.
