Inspiration
UVC light is highly effective at killing bacteria and viruses by destroying the molecular bonds that hold their DNA together. UV light is routinely used to decontaminate surgical equipment. An UV light barrier around objects and the body may be the best way to avoid contact with bacteria and viruses but also an active purifier of the surrounding air.
What about if we were surrounded by a UV aura? so this is the purpose of this project, to create an UV Aura around objects including the human body
What it does
A device that manipulates UV light in such a way as to form a wall/protective barrier around objects, without causing damage to the human body.
How I built it
A 3d printed casing(inside which are placed uv LEDs), which would manipulate the direction of the UV light beam.
What's next for UV AURA
-implementation and testing. -customization for different objects.
