Inspiration

-We had inspired our project idea from the fact that fish farming is losing nearly a 24 billion US dollars because world hadn't have enough sustainable farms yet.

  • Our point of view that adjusting conditions around fish would be better and more effective than waiting to a problem to arise and solve it

What it does

-UTOPIA Underwater project aims to form A sustainable Aquaculture feedback loop that has potential to sustain a suitable environment for fish growth and production. By adjusting physical factors like Temperature and Light intensity. and Keeping temperature in a range of (24-29 C) besides light intensity in range of (550-650 lux).

How we built it

Initially; we had work on gathering data about this Topic light intensity and Aquarium . Then we search about connections of our Microcontroller*Arduino Uno* which controls the_Whole Loop_.

  • Second; things got really fast in here and we had construct the whole prototype and ran our first trail.
  • Finally; after many trials we got the right connections and modify some data according to our experimental data.

Challenges we ran into

-We had faced challenges like False and Old data that was based on different conditions than what we had.

  • Connections and circuits problem was terrible to solve but at the END we had conquered it.
Accomplishments that we're proud of

-ATM team is very proud for completing this project and as members we have accomplished lot's of New things that we hadn't done before* Also, we are proud of our ability to test and check every single information and make a decision of it's validity or not

What we learned

-Basics of electricity and communication -* Advanced information about behaviour of fish under light for fixed duration* -* Learn more about sustainability and it's forms and types*

# What's next for UTOPIA Underwater

-* Adding ML driven algorithms in contribution with DL methods to increase efficiency* however step like this would make the system a complete isolated AI module. it would be set in the future
