Inspiration
We were inspired by the struggles we faced as freshmen engineering students at UTD. We focused on features that we wish we would've been able to utilize as students.
What it does
Our website, the UTD Newbies Starter Kit, offers a one-stop solution for freshmen engineers. It features a calendar of events, a tuition predictor, and an AP Score Evaluation tool, streamlining their journey into higher education.
How we built it
We utilized a combination of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Our team collaborated closely, leveraging our diverse skill sets to bring the project to fruition.
Challenges we ran into
Integrating the various functionalities seamlessly proved challenging, especially ensuring accurate tuition estimates and AP credit evaluations.

We're proud of the intuitive design of the website, making it accessible and user-friendly for freshmen engineers.
