The idea for Ustoz Yordamchisi came from what I saw every day at my own school. Teachers were spending too much time on paperwork—lesson plans, grading reports, attendance logs—instead of on students. Schools were slowly turning into reporting factories. I realized the problem was not teaching. The problem was the workload around teaching.

So I built a practical assistant for real classrooms.

The platform brings everyday teacher tasks into one simple workspace. From the dashboard, a teacher can plan lessons, generate presentations and worksheets, manage a gradebook, run assessments, and organize classroom resources—all in minutes. The Lesson Co-Pilot helps prepare structured, curriculum-aligned lessons. The Toolkit provides ready classroom tools. Resource Gen creates quizzes and materials on demand. Live Class supports interactive teaching, while the Gradebook and Calendar keep everything organized in one place.

The goal is straightforward: reduce administrative friction so teachers can focus on students again. Instead of juggling documents and systems, they get a single assistant that handles routine work and simplifies daily teaching.

This project is about giving teachers their time, energy, and attention back.
