This approach uses Predictive analytics to score all incoming calls to determine a Call-Risk score that classifies calls as High-risk, Medium-risk and Low-risk calls.

The default setting is to block high-risk calls but telephone subscribers (depending on their needs - personal vs. Business) can customize their handling of risk calls by either using Do Not call Registry online or a service provided by telephone carrier.

This approach does not require any hardware or software from subscriber but does require "last-mile" telecom carrier to rate each call and handle the all as per default settings or telephone subscriber settings.
