Using LiDAR in Heavy Machinery

While using Heavy Machinery, hundreds of deaths happen each year. This is the result of large blind spots and inadequate technology to prevent these accident from happening.

This project can actively prevent people from driving heavy machinery into ditches or cliffs present at job sites. Using LiDAR, if the distance between the machine and ground is too large the driver is immediately alerted of the dangerous change in terrain.
