Inspiration

Hello Guys,, I am srikanth. I got Inspiration for this idea in a pretty Unique way. Once I was uploading my docs in an exam portal. I was uploading my certificates in files. Everything was fine until the end. But,, once i clicked submit system said "File couldn't upload due to large size". Obviously i Reduced the size and tried it. Again It said "It must be below 5MB".....Mmm,,,,,, I fixed it and tried again. Then it said my face was not clear in the picture which i have uploaded. I retried it again. After a very long battle I've finally won. Tears of joy,,,,, Then my mom told me "why don't you fine a complaint to the website" Just as a joke. Then i got this idea... BOOM!,,,, "UsersEcho"

What it does

UsersEcho is the voice of people who suffered same problem as me. Government forms, internship applications, outdated websites, complex procedures, or any related matters. Our tool collects data from the users which are a few simple questions at the end. Like "what is the most difficult step?, How many times did u resubmitted it?, how difficult it is to understand the process?,,, a few basic questions. Collecting this and sends a report to the system monthly. It makes the system to improve itself for our needs. In a short explanation It sends structured, evidence based friction reports to people who design, run, or maintain the system.

How we can built it

My Architecture to build this is. I have three layers in mind for this.

  1. User Signal Layer- This part collects data from the users in the form of small and simple questions and feedback after the users complete their process. it may be either like after filling the form, visiting an office, completing online application etc..
  2. Intelligence layer- It takes the users raw data and cluster it. it send the data into their respective tags like failure, time taking, uploading problem etc...
  3. system layer- it takes this data and organize it and make an overall data and summaries it. it sends to the system for improvement.
