Welcome to UseMyResearch,

a new way to turn a research into a structured outline and share it with others including your agents. You can do this right in Google Chrome while your data stays privately in the browser. Agents can see your research and improve it without the need for a login, a plugin, or a server setup – because it is build on WebMCP.

Sources and their connections

Start with links and notes, then connect people, posts, videos and other sources in an outline.

A research outline in UseMyResearch

Your agents can use WebMCP to read your research and suggest improvements. You review their suggestions and decide which changes to apply.

Predefined types and connections help you and your agents describe things consistently.

I built a portable Swift kernel for validating and querying research, with a separate WebAssembly reader. The current outline editor runs in JavaScript. Cloudflare Workers serve the website and handle its research addresses. The research itself stays in browser storage.

Switching to Chrome Beta 153 resolved a WebMCP cancellation issue I found during testing. Chrome 152 did not pass an AbortSignal to the tool’s execution callback. In Beta, the same test confirmed that cancellation reached the callback and stopped it from returning a late result.
