Inspiration

Keeping coastal cities functioning. Who doesn't love Amsterdam, Miami, NYC, and Boston?

What it does

Use Flue gas from Stationary sources (Fossil Fuel, Chemical Plant) and mobile sources (cars, trucks, 18-wheelers) to allow society to use fossil fuels while reducing GHG.

How I built it

Pass flue gas through water, and use CO2 acidified water to feed algae, which will feed cows in nearby farms. This will doubly reduce GHG both by CO2 capture and cow-methane reduction. For mobile sources, metal-organic frameworks can be attached at tailpipes to capture CO2 gases from vehicles.

Challenges I ran into

Capital and the power to relabel meat: "low GHG."

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

What I learned

You can do anything, but not everything.
