Inspiration

We wanted to learn more about HTML, CSS, and Javascript, which is why we came up with this simple project.

What it does

It displays the USC dining hall menus in a compact format!

How we built it

We used HTML and used an iframe to load the website onto the extension.

Challenges I ran into

Originally we wanted a search function to see if a certain food is in the dining hall that day, but unfortunately, we weren't able to implement it in time.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We were able to make a fully functioning Google Chrome extension!

What I learned

It's important to set realistic goals for one's project, given the time frame.

What's next for USC MEALBOT

Maybe we can implement the search function we wanted and push it to the actual Google Chrome Extensions store.
