Inspiration

This project was inspired by my curiosity to understand how Production Engineering is done

What it does

It basically is a deployment of a Url Shortner api

How we built it

We built it using Flask, Peewee, Postgres and Redis

Challenges we ran into

We ran into challenges meeting the rubrics for the evaluation of the project especially on the Integrated testing side

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud that we have a fully functional end-to-end deployment pipeline with Unit Tests and Integration tests

What we learned

Production Engineering is not for the weak

A proper Alerting tool as well as performance, scalabilty and stress testing
