UrbanPulse is a SEA-LION-powered geospatial decision-support system that unifies weather, traffic, health, and demographic models into a single 3D digital twin. It lets planners simulate infrastructure impacts—such as Community Stress and Health ROI—before construction, breaking down silos and reducing multi-million-ringgit risks.

Project Idea

Cities plan in silos, causing costly, irreversible mistakes. Our idea is a unified digital twin in which infrastructure, weather, and health models interact in real time, enabling planners to test scenarios safely. UrbanPulse quantifies invisible metrics such as Health ROI and Community Stress, enabling predictive decision-making in urban planning.
