Inspiration

We understand how unsafe the world can be so we wanted an app that would be our personal safety app.

What it does

When a user feels unsafe she can have this app out on their phone and press a quick button if they have an emergency. that will call the police and send their location

For the purposes of demonstration, we built the app to call a contact's phone number instead of the police... for obvious reasons.

Xcode is really finicky and we struggled with the front end more than we did with the backend.

We are really proud of building something functional in a day, that represents the purpose of our app, and could potentially help women feel safer.
