Upswing-DA is a Disaster assistant chatbot based on powerful artificial intelligence NLP models.

Artificial Intelligence can greatly facilitate time-sensitive efforts during the aftermath of a disaster.

The app aims to connect the community(victims and volunteers) to the shelters and resources for efficient management and mobilization. The inclusion of chatbot gives user a more natural conversation experience which can be psychologically comforting in such crisis situations.
