Inspiration
We were inspired by the complexity of the problem. Urban mobility is such a complex topic that you can investigate many different avenues.
What it does
Our project helps visualizing patterns of movement, the way our infrastructure is used and highlights hotspots that urban planners can focus on.
How we built it
We built our project using jupyter notebooks
Challenges we ran into
There is always more data you can collect and avenues you can pursue. Additionally, drawing hard conclusions is difficult, because of the counterintuitive behavior of urban mobility.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud of achieving beautiful interactive visualizations of our data, as well as the different data sources we integrated.
