Traditional productivity tools treat employees as identical, offering generic solutions that fail to address individual needs. We wanted to build something that doesn’t just increase efficiency but also protects employee wellbeing. Our inspiration came from the idea that happy, healthy employees drive stronger businesses — and AI can make that possible.

What it does

The AI-Powered Personalization Engine creates a customized work experience for every employee by combining productivity optimization with wellbeing support. It:

Detects mood and stress levels using NLP and sentiment analysis.

Suggests personalized schedules that balance meetings, deep work, and breaks.

Integrates with wearables to recommend wellness activities like stretching, mindfulness, or better sleep.

Improves collaboration by suggesting optimal meeting times and generating progress insights.
