Inspiration
The inspiration behind developing AI-NaukriMoney was to address the challenges recruiters face in efficiently matching resumes with job descriptions. We aimed to leverage AI technology to automate this process and provide a tool that enhances recruitment efficiency.
What it does
AI-NaukriMoney is an application designed for recruiters. It takes a candidate's resume and a job description as input, utilizing Google AI tools to analyze and generate a similarity score between the two. This score helps recruiters quickly assess the fit of a candidate for a specific job opening.
How we built it
We built AI-NaukriMoney using Google AI tools and Python. The core functionality involves natural language processing (NLP) techniques to analyze text data. Google's NLP capabilities allowed us to extract meaningful insights from resumes and job descriptions, enabling us to calculate the similarity score accurately.
Challenges we ran into
During the development of AI-NaukriMoney, we encountered several challenges. Integrating and fine-tuning the AI models to accurately evaluate similarity between resumes and job descriptions required careful experimentation and parameter tuning. Additionally, handling different formats and variations in resume content posed technical hurdles that we needed to overcome.
