We are inspired by how current technology can solve real-world problems, such as streamlining enterprises' direct-to-customer strategies.
What it does
It answers your questions about Mercedes Benz cars in real-time speech; just like a human sales assistant would!
How we built it
We built the frontend with nextjs and backend with python. We orchestrated multiple AI modules (LLM recommender, LLM assistant, LLM inner-thought, Speech to text, text to speech, LLM with Web access).
Challenges we ran into
Data not complete, we had so many moving parts for the whole orchestration
Accomplishments that we're proud of
A human-like voice AI integration that really understands the customers' needs, and is able to proceed with the sales process.
What we learned
Teamwork and time management can be crucial to the output.
What's next for Merry AI
For now we focused on a Web-integration, we want to enable omni-channel integration with other Chat App like Wechat, KakaoTalk, etc.
