Due to the state of emergency generated by the COVID-19, we present two solutions based on the Universall® ecosystem developed by Geeksme that can help to better manage this crisis. Both of them are in an advanced stage of development and can be deployed in less than 6 months in a massive way across Europe.
On the one hand, Universall® Space is a scalable and fully integrated IoT & Big Data Analytics solution to monitor the live occupation of spaces and their environmental variables, and that can be applied to different sectors to follow social distancing protocols at the hospitals, nursing homes, office spaces, public facilities, hotels, restaurants or even residential environments. The sensors detect the interection with regular objects such as doors, windows, tables, chairs, sofas, fridges and beds, as well as measure the temperature, humidity, pressure, air quality and ambient light of the spaces.
Thanks to the combination of different sensors and the Narrowband-IoT technology, its deployment can be carried out immediately in any place and territory within the EU, working even in environments without Wi-Fi connection.
The platform, equipped with a set of useful functionalities such as control dashboards per type of user role, real-time information, structured data, advanced statistics, filters, alarms, reports and API raw data download, provides a great control to all those facilities that need to monitor the occupation of spaces in this emergency situation.
On the other hand, Universall® Care, based on the same technological principles, but addressed to end users, allows family members or caregivers to have elderly people or their loved ones monitored.
Thanks to the sensors installed at home and the use of Narrowband-IoT, family members or caregivers can know and monitor remotely the real-time activity, the environmental variables and useful information on the occupation in those spaces (homes) through the Web platform and App (iOS and Android).
