🧭 Current Implementation State

  • Canonical AICP artifacts now checked in: executable schema, intent registry, verification rules, OpenAPI contract, and gRPC contract under /home/runner/work/universal-ai-consciousness-covenant/universal-ai-consciousness-covenant/core/aicp-protocol/
  • Federated learning, multi-cloud mesh, and API federation remain documented implementation targets rather than deployable runtime systems today

This anchors the repo to its real current state while making AICP the first concrete protocol layer to build out.
