UniVenture

Inspiration

We noticed that many student business owners were limited to social media platforms such as Instagram and Snapchat to promote their businesses, such as cooking, nails, and hair services. We wanted to create a platform for students to build a community and support each other through business.

How we built it

We used figma to make the app UX and HTML and CSS to make the website interface. We hope to implement the backend development for this project soon and launch it to help foster the community at Carolina.

What's next for UniVenture

Next steps for Univenture included branching off the current model we have would which serves as the base for future implementations targeting the community at large. In the future, we would add more features that are custom to universities across the country, by narrowing the search and incorporating more filters that can individualize the students' experience.
