Inspiration
I faced trouble trying to sell a ticket to an event that I unfortunately couldn’t attend. Upon marketing it on my social media, there was no luck. Hence, I had to burn the ticket. What if there was a platform to reach more people, especially more UCL students, when I was desperately trying to sell a UCL student event ticket.
What it does
UniTix is a platform for UCL students to carry out safe tickets exchange. A student logs in with their UCL credentials can list ticket on the platform. Other users, without signing in, can browse the collection of tickets listed and contact the seller student subsequently.

It's trusted and safe: UniTIX uses your UCL credientials to log you in. Therefore, you can savely trust that the tickets listed here are from one of your fellow UCL students. Rest assure that any type of fraud will be investigated and reported to university authorities.
It's exposure: By listing your ticket here, your item has the chance of reaching potentially all of 47 thousand UCL students, instead of just your social circle. More exposure means that you stand a higher chance of selling your ticket and at a better price.
It's free and convenient: The site doesn't charge you for any listing or transactions. Simply contact the seller via their UCL email or whatsapp contact given and viola. Also, with the sharable link, you can easily share the detials of your ticket to any social media.
What's next for UniTix
UniTix wishes to advertise itself in all major student organisations in UCL and increase the adoption rate amongst UCL students.
