Inspiration

During our work with automation tools, web builders, and content apps, we noticed a major problem: everything is fragmented. Users jump between tools like Zapier, Webflow, Google Workspace, Notion, etc., causing workflow disruption, data silos, and integration headaches. We wanted one unified platform—a place where automation, content, and web creation work together seamlessly. That idea became UniFlow AI.

What Our Project Does

UniFlow AI is an AI-powered unified workspace that brings together three core capabilities:

🔗 Workflow Automation: A visual, low-code node-based automation builder

🌐 Web/App Builder: A real-time no-code builder connected to internal data

📝 AI Productivity Suite: Docs, Sheets, and Presentations powered by AI

📊 Data Hub: A single source of truth syncing across the entire platform

All tools are natively integrated so a document update can instantly trigger automations or reflect on a website—no APIs, no third-party connectors.

How We Built It

We built UniFlow AI using:

React, Next.js, TypeScript for the core interface

TailwindCSS + Framer Motion for the modern UI/UX

Firebase/Firestore for real-time data sync

Node.js + Express for backend logic

Base44 AI Platform to generate, refine, and optimize UI components

Zustand for fast state management

Vercel for deployment

We used continuous AI-assisted UI generation and iterative prompt engineering to rapidly build dashboards, flow editors, and workspace layouts.
