College admissions today feel overwhelming and directionless, something we personally experienced while planning our own applications. Despite having access to rankings, counselors, and endless online advice, we still struggled with basic questions like what to focus on, whether our goals were realistic, and how to plan our time effectively. Most platforms either provide static information or generic guidance without considering an individual student’s background, timeline, academics, and extracurriculars together. To solve this, we built an AI-powered admissions planning platform that transforms a student’s profile into a clear, structured, and time-bound strategy. By using AI models and external data APIs for university rankings, acceptance trends, and profile analysis, the system evaluates a student’s strengths and gaps, categorizes universities into reach, target, and safe options, and generates a personalized roadmap that balances academics, test preparation, projects, and leadership over time. Instead of overwhelming students with advice, the platform focuses on clarity, realism, and momentum—guiding users step by step on what to do next and why it matters. This project turns the admissions process from guesswork into an intelligent planning experience, helping students move forward with confidence rather than confusion.
